Terms of sale

These terms cover purchases from Poster & 3D Print Shop, run by Poster & 3D Print Shop, North Carolina, USA. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken by Stripe. Shipping is always charged, per order, and shown before you pay. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a price was shown in error.

Made to order

Each piece is made after you order. Art prints are printed and shipped by our print partner, Prodigi, on archival matte paper, unframed. Colors on paper can differ a little from your screen, and where an artwork's proportions differ from the sheet a thin white border fills the difference. 3D models are made in our studio: fine layer lines, small color differences between spools and minor surface marks are part of the process, and sizes are approximate, within a few millimeters.

Use

Our pieces are decorative. Our 3D models aren't toys for children under 3 (small parts), aren't for food contact, and soften in high heat.

Artworks and our content

The artworks behind our prints are in the public domain; each print page credits the artist and the museum the image comes from. Our product photos, descriptions and 3D model designs belong to Poster & 3D Print Shop. Buying a 3D model doesn't grant a right to copy its design.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms follow the laws of the state of North Carolina.
